What we process, and why
Demo requests: when you submit the demo form we process the name, email, company, role, phone, location and message you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
Newsletter subscriptions: when you request the newsletter, we process your name, email address, optional company, language and signup source. We first send a confirmation email. We add the contact to our newsletter list in Resend only after you confirm the request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you may withdraw at any time.
Support requests: when you submit the support form we process your name, email address, issue subject, message and privacy confirmation in order to respond to your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to support requests).
Job applications: when you submit the careers form we process your name, email, profile link, CV, selected role and optional message to assess your application. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering an employment relationship) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in running a hiring process).
Server logs: our hosting provider processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics: only if you consent. See the section below. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.
Visitor identification: only if you consent to this separate purpose. We then load the Lemlist tracker. Lemlist receives the page visit and technical request data, including the IP address and page URL. It attempts to associate the visit with a company and, where supported, a business contact. We use this information to identify business interest and plan B2B sales contact. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.
Appointment booking: the demo page links to our external booking page on Cal.com. We do not load Cal.com content on this website. When you follow the link, Cal.com receives technical request data and processes the appointment details you submit as our processor. We process the booking data to schedule and hold the demo and to handle the resulting business enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). You can use the message form on the same page instead.
Cookies, Analytics, and Marketing
This site sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them. Essential storage is limited to remembering your language choice and is not used to track you.
If you accept all analytics, we use PostHog (EU Cloud) for page views, interaction capture and session replay to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. Depending on the configured feature set, this may include technical identifiers such as your IP address. The demo, support, and careers forms and their contents are excluded from capture. You can withdraw consent at any time using the link in the footer.
The consent settings call PostHog measurement "Analytics" and Lemlist visitor identification "Marketing". Analytics and Marketing are separate choices. Accepting Marketing enables Lemlist visitor identification. This choice does not control the external Cal.com booking link. Declining either category does not stop you from booking a demo or using the message form. The footer link resets all choices.
Recipients
We use the following processors:
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting and content delivery for this website | EU edge; US parent |
|---|---|---|
| PostHog | Website analytics - only after you consent | EU Cloud (via b.taim-systems.com) |
| Cal.com, Inc. | Appointment scheduling on an external Cal.com booking page | United States |

Retention
Demo enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by statutory retention duties. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's configured retention period.
Newsletter contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and then only as needed to keep a suppression record. Data in an unconfirmed request is used only to send the confirmation email. The confirmation link expires after 48 hours.
Support requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to the request and thereafter as required by statutory retention duties.
Appointments you book through the calendar are kept for as long as needed to hold the meeting and handle any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by statutory retention duties.
Visitor-identification data is kept according to the retention settings in our Lemlist account and for no longer than needed for the stated B2B sales purpose.
Job applications and CVs are kept only for as long as needed to complete the hiring process and thereafter as required by applicable statutory duties.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority competent for us is Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
A note on our product
This policy covers this website only. The Taim product processes operational yard activity at customer sites; there, the customer is the controller and we act as processor under a separate data processing agreement. The product is designed around processes rather than individuals, and we support works-council co-decision.
