Raw video remains on your premises and is deleted immediately after anonymisation. Taim uses the resulting operational data to create the live view of your yard.

Most tracking systems require sensors, tags or telematics on every asset. Taim uses fixed cameras as sensors to observe operations from the outside. Any truck, trailer or asset can become part of the operational picture without installing hardware on it first.
Use the password reset option on the sign-in page and follow the link sent to your account email. Choose a unique password and never share it. Contact support if you no longer have access to that email or the link expires.
Open your account security settings and follow the instructions to register an authenticator or another supported method. Store recovery codes in a secure place. Contact your workspace administrator or support if MFA settings are not available.
Email support@taim-systems.com. Include the affected workspace, the approximate time, and a short description. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, or unnecessary personal data. For an active security risk, state that clearly in the subject.
